Hall of Legends

Rave Archive UK • In Memoriam

Hall of Legends

A permanent memorial to the people we have lost who helped build, carry or reshape rave and UK dance culture — on the mic, behind the decks, in the studio, on radio, through labels, venues and the nights themselves.

No rankings. No favourites. One wall, one standard of respect.
Featured remembrance

One life, one legacy

The feature moves through every person remembered here. Nobody is ranked above anybody else.

Still part of the story

The Hall is not a separate universe

Every person remembered here remains part of the wider artist, DJ, MC, producer, label, radio and event history wherever their work belongs. The Hall is the place where the archive stops and gives the person themselves proper space.

A living memorial

Help us remember properly

If you hold an original photograph, flyer, recording or memory connected to somebody in the Hall, Rave Archive UK welcomes material that can strengthen their record and keep the human story alongside the music.

Gone from the dance. Never gone from the culture.

The records, tapes, radio shows, photographs and stories survive because people kept them. This wall is for the people behind them.
