Refunds & Returns

Rave Archive UK wants you to be happy with your order. This policy explains how returns, cancellations, refunds and faulty items are handled for purchases made through the Rave Archive UK online shop.

14-day cancellation period

For most standard products bought online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. To cancel, email ravearchive@live.co.uk within that 14-day period and include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

After telling us that you wish to cancel, you should return the goods within 14 days. Items should be returned in their original condition and, where reasonably possible, with their original packaging.

Return postage

Unless an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or we have agreed otherwise, you are responsible for the cost of returning it. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage until your refund has been completed.

When a qualifying order is cancelled under your statutory cancellation rights, the original standard delivery charge will be refunded. Any additional amount paid for an upgraded or premium delivery service is not refundable beyond the cost of standard delivery.

Refunds

Once the returned goods have been received, we will process any refund due using the original payment method. Refunds will be made within the time required by applicable UK consumer law. We may reduce a refund if returned goods have been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them and their value has been reduced as a result.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, misprinted or is not the item you ordered, please contact ravearchive@live.co.uk as soon as possible with your order number and, where useful, photographs showing the problem. Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected by this policy.

Personalised and custom-made products

The 14-day cancellation right may not apply to goods that are made to your individual specifications or are clearly personalised. This exception does not remove your rights where an item is faulty, damaged or not as described. Standard Rave Archive UK designs offered to all customers are not treated as personalised simply because they are produced after an order is placed.

Exchanges

If you would prefer an exchange, contact us first. Availability depends on the product, size, colour and fulfilment provider. In some cases the simplest route will be a return and a new order.

Sale items

Your statutory rights are not reduced because an item was bought in a sale or with a discount. The same cancellation and faulty-goods rights apply where the law provides them.

How to arrange a return

Email ravearchive@live.co.uk with your order number before sending anything back. We will provide the correct return instructions and return address for that product. Please do not send items directly to a printer, manufacturer or fulfilment partner unless we specifically tell you to do so.
