1. Made-to-order production
Many products are printed or manufactured only after an order is placed. Production therefore happens before the parcel enters the delivery network.
Most orders are normally prepared for dispatch within around 2–7 business days, although busy periods, stock availability, quality checks and the product selected can sometimes make production take longer.
2. Delivery times
Delivery time depends on the product, production partner, destination and shipping service available for that order. Some products may be fulfilled in the United Kingdom or Europe, while others may be produced in the United States or another country.
Standard international transit can take significantly longer than domestic delivery. Any delivery estimate supplied at checkout or in your order confirmation is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date unless we expressly agree a guaranteed date with you.
Under UK consumer law, goods must normally be delivered within 30 days unless a different delivery period has been agreed. If an order is seriously delayed, contact us so we can investigate and explain the available options.
3. Shipping charges
Shipping charges depend on the item, fulfilment location, parcel size, shipping method and destination. The applicable delivery charge is shown during checkout before you place the order.
If products in the same order are fulfilled by different production partners, separate shipping charges or parcels may apply where this is shown during checkout.
4. Multiple parcels
An order containing several products may occasionally arrive in more than one parcel because different products can be produced by different fulfilment partners. Parcels may therefore arrive on different days even though they belong to the same order.
5. Tracking
Where tracking is provided by the carrier, the tracking information will normally be included in your shipping notification or made available after dispatch. Tracking updates can sometimes take a short time to appear after a label is created.
6. Delivery address
Please check the delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as quickly as possible. Once an order has entered production or shipping, it may no longer be possible to change the address.
If a parcel is returned because the address supplied was incorrect, incomplete or could not be delivered, contact us. Re-shipping or reprinting may involve an additional charge depending on the circumstances.
7. Delayed, missing or damaged parcels
If tracking has stopped updating, the estimated delivery period has passed, or a parcel appears to be missing, email ravearchive@live.co.uk with your order number so we can investigate with the fulfilment provider or carrier.
If an item arrives damaged, faulty, misprinted or incorrect, please keep the item and packaging and contact us promptly. Photographs may help us resolve the problem quickly. Please see our Refund & Returns Policy for more information.
8. Returns are arranged through Rave Archive UK
Do not send merchandise directly to the address printed on a parcel, printer or fulfilment provider unless Rave Archive UK has specifically instructed you to do so. Contact us first and we will provide the appropriate return instructions for that order.
9. Cancellations and returns
Your cancellation, return and refund rights are explained in our Refund & Returns Policy. Nothing in this Shipping & Delivery Policy limits your statutory consumer rights.
