Dreamscape in 1994 transition
The surviving tapes show a promoter broad enough to hold happy-hardcore energy, darker breakbeats and increasingly defined jungle on the same event record.
Dreamscape 10 followed the 1993 return represented by Dreamscape 7 and landed in spring 1994, when the music captured on rave tapes was splitting into more recognisable strands. The archive survives as a particularly rich set of recordings rather than a single headline tape.
The Rave Archive holdings include Mastervibe, Vibes, Peshay with MC Spangla G, Grooverider with Conrad, Mad P and Flux, Ramos with MC Marley, Ramos & Randall, Randall & Dougal, Slipmatt, DJ Sy, Clarkee and LTJ Bukem with MC Conrad and Ribbz. That spread makes the event useful as a snapshot of how Dreamscape was carrying several directions at once.
Later tape-pack catalogues show that the historical recording footprint is broader than any single playlist. Those catalogues document what survived and circulated, without being used to invent a complete advertised lineup or exact running order.
