Telepathy Lost & Found
Roller Express, Edmonton • Saturday 30 July 1994. The flyer and surviving tapes agree on the date, and the sound that remains is a proper snapshot of Telepathy’s jungle-era identity: heavyweight DJs, relentless MC combinations and eight Rave Archive UK recordings from the same night.

By the summer of 1994 Telepathy was right in the middle of jungle’s acceleration. Lost & Found brings together Funky Flirt, Randall, Andy C, DJ SL, Brockie, Devious Dee, Jumpin Jack Frost, Pressure X and Grooverider across the surviving tape archive, with MCs including Stevie Hyper D, Shabba, Det, Moose, Five-O, Navigator, the Ragga Twins, Sting and others.
That MC presence is as important as the DJ names. The tapes catch the sound of a London rave where the microphone was part of the music rather than decoration: multiple voices trading lines, pushing the room and moving between DJs as the night developed.
The flyer places Lost & Found at Roller Express on Saturday 30 July, and all eight direct recordings preserved by Rave Archive UK carry the same event identity. Funky Flirt with Shabba D, Sting and Gemini is now restored to the page alongside the seven recordings that were already linked.

The MCs are part of the history
Lost & Found is a useful reminder that jungle history cannot be told through DJ names alone. The surviving tapes preserve the combinations that made the night work — Hyper D beside Randall and Andy C, Det moving across several sets, the Ragga Twins and Navigator with Frost, and the wider web of voices around the DJs. That is the event as it actually survives on tape.
