The archive story

Eight surviving sets, names intact

The surviving Club UN recordings carry a dense cross-section of One Nation’s mid-90s jungle and drum & bass roster: Ray Keith, Kenny Ken, Dr S Gachet, Randall, Grooverider, Andy C, Jumpin Jack Frost, Hype, Micky Finn and Darren Jay appear across the eight archive copies.

The MC line-up is equally important. GQ, Flux, Stevie Hyper D and Fearless are retained where they survive in the Rave Archive titles rather than stripped out to simplify the recording identities.

The final two recordings preserve DJ Hype with Fearless & Stevie Hyper D, and Randall with Flux / Micky Finn B2B Darren Jay with Hyper D, completing the eight-recording archive set.
