Dreamscape 6 The True New Concept Warehouse
Dreamscape 6 brought a wide spread of sounds back to The Sanctuary, from LTJ Bukem and G.E. Real to Carl Cox, Dave Angel and Slipmatt.

Back at The Sanctuary
Dreamscape 6 reconnects the series to Milton Keynes after the Hull expansion of Dreamscape 5.
By May 1993 Dreamscape had already shown that the name could travel beyond Milton Keynes, but The Sanctuary remained central to the organisation’s identity. Dreamscape 6 returned the series to the venue that had given Murray Beetson and ESP the warehouse-scale room around which Dreamscape was first built.
The five recordings preserved here are unusually broad in style: G.E. Real, LTJ Bukem, Dave Angel, Carl Cox and Slipmatt. That spread captures the increasingly porous edges between hardcore, breakbeat, emerging jungle directions and techno within the same event culture.
Other surviving Dreamscape tape catalogues document a much wider recording footprint, including Ramos, Clarkee, Dougal and Ratty among additional names. Those tapes show how much more of the night remains in circulation beyond the five recordings currently available here.
By May ’93 the branches were pulling apart fast
The recordings make that transition audible rather than theoretical.
LTJ Bukem’s surviving set moves through JMJ & Richie, The Invisible Man, Studio Pressure, Peshay, Omni Trio, Apollo Two and Simon Bassline Smith. It is recognisably part of the emerging atmospheric and jungle language, while the wider Dreamscape 6 tape trail also includes Carl Cox, Dave Angel, Ratty, Slipmatt and Clarkee with MC Conrad.
That range is important. Dreamscape was still capable of housing techno, hardcore and rapidly evolving breakbeat sounds inside the same event. The five RAUK recordings are substantial evidence from the night, but they remain part of a wider surviving tape footprint.
