Club UN, Tottenham • Saturday 30 September 1995. A late-1995 Desire event at the United Nations Building on Tottenham High Road, preserved through the surviving flyer and eight Rave Archive UK recordings. The front artwork does not give a trustworthy complete performance bill, so the page stays with what the surviving material can actually establish.
The story
Desire moves into Club UN
By September 1995, Desire had moved from the huge Sanctuary-scale Midsummer Night Dream into a very different London setting: Club UN in Tottenham, billed on the surviving artwork as the United Nations Building at 415–419 High Road, N17. The flyer advertises an all-night 10pm–8am session under the Desire 95 Volume 2 banner.
Rave Archive UK preserves eight recordings from the night: Swift & Zinc; Andy C with MC Rage; Jumpin Jack Frost with Rage and Stevie Hyper D; Ellis Dee back-to-back with Swann-e and Stevie Hyper D; Darren Jay back-to-back with Micky Finn and Stevie Hyper D & Rage; DJ Hype with MC GQ; Grooverider with Stevie Hyper D; and Randall with MC GQ & Stevie Hyper D.
That is an unusually rich performance record, but it is not the same thing as a complete official lineup or timetable. The page therefore treats those eight recordings as the surviving sound of the event rather than reverse-engineering a poster bill from the tapes.

The tape is pure late-1995 pressure
Andy C’s surviving set gives this Desire night a particularly sharp musical timestamp. The reconstructed tracklist runs through Dope Skillz, Shy FX, Andy C, Rude Bwoy Monty, Krust, Hype, Capone, Zinc, Dillinja, DJ SS and Firefox — a run of records that places the Club UN night right inside the tougher, increasingly defined drum & bass sound of autumn 1995.
That makes the eight surviving Rave Archive tapes more useful than a guessed lineup. They show the actual combinations preserved from the night, while the flyer fixes the date, venue and 10pm–8am frame. The page therefore lets the recordings do the musical talking and leaves any missing running order missing.

Why it matters
A dense performance archive
The Club UN tapes show how far the drum & bass performance language had moved by late 1995: back-to-back combinations, specialist MC pairings and heavyweight DJ names are preserved directly in the audio. Stevie Hyper D, Rage and GQ recur across the surviving recordings, while Swift & Zinc and Ellis Dee & Swann-e show the collaborative DJ format that was becoming increasingly visible on tape packs.
