United Colours One Nation

Island, Ilford • Saturday 27 September 1997. Four confirmed Rave Archive UK recordings are playable from the event. Wider surviving tape-pack evidence also preserves Kenny Ken and Darren Jay / Randall material that is not yet linked on the RAUK player; the Kool FM recording previously associated with Kenny Ken belongs to another date and context.

The archive story

Four RAUK players, a wider surviving tape pack

The Rave Archive copies preserve Marvelous Cain & Micky Finn with Foxy, Fearless & Riddla; Nicky Blackmarket & Andy C with Hyper D & Skibadee; Andy C & Brockie with Skibadee & Det; and Jumpin Jack Frost with Riddla, Foxy & Hyper D.

Kenny Ken is genuinely part of the surviving United Colours tape record, but a previously associated SL & Ron Kool FM recording belongs to a different date and context and remains excluded. The later One Nation tape catalogue also preserves Darren Jay & Randall and a separate Randall recording from 27.9.97, giving the recovery trail a wider footprint than the older five-title page suggested.

The Andy C & Brockie RAUK recording stays exactly where it is. A restored original tape-pack source independently preserves Andy C & Brockie from United Colours, showing that the shorter “Andy C” wording in one later commercial catalogue is a condensed label rather than evidence that the RAUK tape is wrong.
